1) Check if we can read the Automation Account Credentials in plaintext

2) Get the plaintext credential

Get-AzAutomationVariable -ResourceGroupName "RESOURCE_GROUP" -AutomationAccountName "ACC_NAME" | fl Name, Value, Description
